ORDERING PRINTS

Limited edition prints can be ordered via the secure shopping cart using PayPal.

Prints are carefully wrapped in acid free tissue paper and shipped inside a strong postal tube to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. All orders are usually shipped no later than next working day. If there is likely to be any delay we will contact you.

Prints are shipped via Royal Mail Recorded signed for delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund less shipping costs. Please return the item in its original packaging.

DAMAGED ITEM

Your print should arrive in perfect condition, but if you receive it in damaged packaging please inspect it before signing or sign for it as damaged. Send it back with the original packaging for inspection. Provided you have proof of purchase we can either exchange the item or offer a full refund including shipping.

WRONG PRINT DISPATCHED?

Simply return it in the original packaging for exchange or refund including shipping.

RECEIPTS

Please make sure you request a receipt if you post items back to us. If the item goes missing and you do not have a receipt we will be unable to process and exchange or refund.

REFUNDS

You will be contacted with the refund amount when your returned item has been processed. This will then be reimbursed to your credit or debit card. Most banks take 3 – 5 days.
